Fundraising

There is no better way to help support Back Onside than to get involved and get fundraising.

Since Coronavirus, people have been getting creative with their ways to fundraise! All you have to do is sign up here to download our fundraising brochure for tips, tricks and ideas on how you could fundraise for us!

Sport truly is the backbone of Back Onside. Sports and exercise have been scientifically proven to improve your mood, boost serotonin, reduce stress and provide bursts of respite from some mental health conditions. Here at Back Onside, we put this into practice — we provide #SupportThroughSport.

Our workshops and classes team life skills with group sports activities. From the rush of scoring goals to writing or refining your CV, Back Onside marry life skills with sports.

A consistent message

The most important thing you can do when you are fundraising is to get the message out for everyone to see.

We all have mental health, and we should all be championing how to look after it and how to look after those around us who need help.

Together, we can break the stigma. Ensure you tag #backonside in all your social media posts to spread the word. We have plenty of quotes and pictures on our social media that can inspire your own posts and public messages!

Our key tags and handles are:

@backonside

#supportthroughsport

#backonside

#mentalhealthmatters

#positivepitches
